1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your access to and use of this website and related services (the Service) operated for paid remote tabletop role-playing campaigns. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the other policies linked from the site.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your profile current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or instructions from administrators.

3. Nature of the Service

The Service provides tools to discover campaigns, manage enrollment, session schedules, communications helpers, and session credits associated with external payment. Sessions may use third-party platforms (for example video conferencing). Those platforms have separate terms; you must comply with them.

The Service is a coordination platform for recreational games. It is not therapy, professional counseling, or emergency services.

4. Campaigns, enrollment, and credits

Campaign availability, schedules, pricing, and rules are set by site administrators. Enrollment, credits, and access to session links are governed by the Payment Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and in-product rules shown at enrollment.

Credits are tracked per campaign. Credits do not transfer between campaigns unless an administrator documents an adjustment in the system.

5. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data in bulk without permission, harass others, or upload malware. You will follow the Code of Conduct, Safety and Content Policy, and Community Standards.

6. Intellectual property

Site branding, layout, and original text we provide are protected. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service.

Game rules and third-party marks belong to their owners. This site does not claim ownership of third-party tabletop rules.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty United States dollars if no fees were paid to us for the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the minimum permitted.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes may require renewed acceptance where the product supports it. Continued use after notice may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
