Minor / Parental Consent Policy

1. Age requirements

The Service may allow participation by minors only when registration requirements are met. You must provide an accurate date of birth.

2. Players ages 16 and 17

If you are under 18, you must provide parent or guardian information where the registration form requests it. A parent or guardian must acknowledge consent where the product requires it.

3. What we collect from guardians

We may collect a parent or guardian name, email address, and optional phone number. This information is used for consent verification, safety, and emergency contact consistent with our Privacy Policy.

4. Guardian responsibilities

Guardians are responsible for supervising the minor’s use of the Service, for approving participation in online video sessions, and for ensuring the minor follows the Code of Conduct and Safety and Content Policy.

5. Campaign content

Dungeon masters and administrators set campaign tone. Guardians should review campaign descriptions and discuss expectations with the minor before enrollment.

6. If consent is withdrawn

If a guardian withdraws consent or requests account closure for a minor, contact the site using the method published on the main site. Access may end; some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
